Happy birthday TayScreen!

This year TayScreen reaches their 10th birthday and to celebrate they are hosting a variety of free workshops and seminars throughout the year.

The first event the team at TayScreen have planned is a special workshop hosted by international award-winning adventure cameraman Keith Partridge (check out http://www.adventurecamera.co.uk/ for full list of adventures).

Keith has worked on some of the most spectacular adventure programmes, documentaries and films to hit our screens in recent years. His back credits include the BBC flagship series ‘Human Planet’, Channel 4’s EMMY award-winning ‘Beckoning Silence’ which told the story of the Kurz tragedy on the north face of the Eiger, ‘Life in the Canopy’ filmed in the rainforests of Gabon  and ‘Touching The Void’, which won a BAFTA in 2004.

This workshop gives you the chance to gain an insight into what it’s like filming in some of the bleakest and most inhospitable places on earth. Did I mention that this workshop is FREE to attend?! Taking place on Wednesday 25th January at 10:30am at the DCA, to register for a ticket email: anna@tayscreen.com

Keep your eyes peeled for information about more exciting seminars and workshops coming to Dundee this year, Happy Birthday TayScreen!
