ArtWorks Scotland’s 2013 Conference, ‘Arts in Participatory Settings: Pioneers, Practice and Professionalism’, takes place at Dundee’s West Park Centre, from 14–15 November 2013.

ArtWorks Scotland is a national organisation supporting the initial training and continuous professional development of artists working in participatory settings.

This year, their conference will shine a light on work from Scotland, providing lots of opportunities to connect with others, share learning and build on conversations around this important area of arts practice.

The focus is on pioneering work, revisiting founding ideas with people who broke the mould, exploring current projects and practice in Scotland now, and examining what is needed to make high quality work.

This two-day event is for artists and other professionals involved in developing and delivering arts in participatory settings.

There will be a limited number of bursaries available for artists and freelancers across all disciplines to cover the cost of attendance. Please email artworks@creativescotland.com for more details.

Individuals: £25 for one day, £40 for both days.
Organisations: £40 for one day, £70 for both days.
