Cultural Enterprise Office, who provide specialist services to creative businesses and practitioners in Scotland, are offering two free workshops in Dundee on starting a business and planning your time/projects. More info below! 

Starting Out – Tuesday 18 February 2014, 13:00-17:00 at DCA.

This workshop focuses on operating, financing and making a living from your creative practice and the practicalities of starting a business.

What to Expect
A whistle stop tour of everything you need to know about setting up your creative business, whether you’re just thinking about becoming self employed or have already started and want reassurance you’re on the right track.

You will explore:

Planning Your Time & Project – Thursday 23 January 2014, 13:00-17:00, at DCA.

This workshop will help you set a goal, plan a project and identify the resources you need to make it happen.

What to Expect
You will explore your use of time and be provided with tools to help you to get the most out of it. Having established your goal, you will have the chance to develop a plan and the opportunity to share your plans and ideas with other participants.
