Erin Farley PKN

Erin Farley is a PhD candidate at the University of Strathclyde on the Collaborative Doctoral Award project “Poetry, Song and Community in the Industrial City: Victorian Dundee,” in partnership with Dundee Central Library. Her research focuses on how the writing and performance of poetry and song related to people’s relationships with place, and she enjoys organising walking tours and performances to bring this material to life. Erin is also a traditional storyteller, and is one of the organisers of Orkney Storytelling Festival, a ‘small festival with a big heart’ which takes place in various Orkney locations every October. @aliasmacalias
