David Martin is Chief Executive of Dundee City Council, a role which takes in everything from protecting our most vulnerable citizens to supporting the city’s internationally-recognised creative and cultural offering.  Among his many hats, he is a non-executive director of Design Dundee Ltd., the organisation which brought V&A Dundee to the banks of the Tay.  When not proudly cheerleading for Scotland’s coolest (and also sunniest) city, he likes to get lost in a world of dahlias, chickens and comedy-sized courgettes. @DundeeCouncilCE
