Introducing Creative Dundee’s Interim Director: Lori Anderson

We are excited to announce our new Director, joining Creative Dundee for a one-year contract, Lori Anderson!

Lori joins Creative Dundee from Collective where she was the Head of Development & Enterprise, responsible for the development, income generation and operations for the organisation. She joined Collective in 2014 to fundraise for and deliver the project to redevelop the historic City Observatory on Edinburgh’s Calton Hill as the galleries new home for contemporary visual art.

Joining Collective from Museums Galleries Scotland, Lori was the National Development Body’s Relationships and Partnerships Manager, developing and facilitating networks and partnerships across the sector and beyond in the areas of fundraising, sustainability, tourism, training and advocacy. An experienced fundraiser Lori has considerable experience in project management for nine years at the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Prior to this Lori was a Financial Advisor with Scottish Widows and began her career at Visit Scotland. She is the current vice chair of Scottish Contemporary Art Network (SCAN) and has a professional CIPR qualification and an MA (Hons) in Scottish History from the University of St Andrews.
