ABOUT VANILLA INK;
Vanilla Ink is Scotland’s leading incubator ‘pod’ for start-up jewellers. Based in the heart of Dundee, we aim to promote, support and facilitate Britain’s new designers. We think there is a difference in making jewellery and being a jeweller, that the difference between having a dream and making it real is understanding the market and your place in it. Our one year programme has been designed to support the transition from education into industry; providing expert professional development workshops, tailored one to one mentoring with industry professionals and a fully equipped workshop that allows the up and coming jeweller to hone their skills.
Founded in 2009 by Kate Pickering, Vanilla Ink is now an award winning business and has gone from strength to strength, gaining support and recognition locally and nationally. Now in its second year and the next programme is in full swing. Vanilla Ink is proud to present to you the Inkers of 2014 in their up coming End of Year Show.
