• Artist Sam Baxter has some wild and wonderful paintings on show at Vandal & Co until the end of the month.
• Musician Su Shaw otherwise known as SHHE, is presenting sonic work outside V&A Dundee, you can listen daily from 4-11pm until spring 2022.
• Lynne Campbell will be performing her folk singing and storytelling act at Sexy As Folk at Dundee Fringe on 25 September.
• Have fun in the park with Scrapantics at Loose Parts Play on 4 & 5 September in Lochee Park!

Events

• GENERATORprojects are closing their 25th birthday celebrations with a cake contest on Sunday 5 September at 4pm. Categories are edible, inedible and best in show!
• Artist Emelia Kerr Beale will be giving an online talk about her new work for Nomas* Projects ‘as if looking is knowing’ on 12 September at 4pm.
• A Garden of Earthly Figures life drawing group – run by Kali Wallace is taking place in the stunning Botanical Garden greenhouse 4:30-6:30pm on Saturdays throughout September.
• Tayport Climate Festival will be tackling the climate crisis with a range of events from 24- 26 September.

Exhibitions

• Launching on 3 September, the DJCAD Masters Showcase will celebrate the hard work of this year’s graduates across Art, Design and Architecture.
• The Scottish Diaspora Tapestry Part Two is on show until 12 September at Verdant Works.
• The Autumn Programme at Hospitalfield will be on view to the public from 7-12 September featuring Sally Hackett, Jade Monserrat with Webb Ellis and Christina Mackie.
• We Could Have Been Anything That We Wanted to Be and It’s Not Too Late to Change by Ruth Ewan at The Cooper Gallery is on view from 4 September.
