Blether with Elfie Picket Theatre

3rd May, 7:00pm at Sweet Venues, the Keiller Centre

Elfie Picket Theatre launch new performance night in Dundee celebrating the Scots Language.

In collaboration with Sweet Productions and supported by Hands Up For Trad, Dundee-based Elfie Picket Theatre are launching Blether – a new monthly night dedicated to Scots language performance.

Each month, Blether will give the stage to two professional performers from the local scene for a night of Scots music, poetry, songs, spoken word, and more. There will also be a short open mic as part of the evening where anyone is invited to share their own Scots Language works.

The first Blether night will take place on Fri 3 May with a performance from Dundee poet Mark Richardson.
