Spread across three floors, Meadow Mill includes 58 artist studios and a Project Space used for exhibitions, workshops and presentations. A number of studio spaces are currently available to rent ranging from small shared spaces to larger self-contained studios, with spaces available on a monthly rolling contract.

Within the main building on their estate, Forgan Arts Centre have refurbished rooms to let to artists, makers, craftspeople, collectives, or arts organisations. All studios have views across the gardens or river Tay and benefit from excellent natural light.
Currently there are 3 studios available for short or long-term let. Their ambition is to create a community that fosters creativity, connection, and critical conversation. Current studio members include visual artists, ceramicists, musicians, and print-makers. They are open to proposals from individuals, collectives and groups.

The team at Double Door Studios currently have a room for rent which would suit a variety of creative practices as individual use or shared space. The monthly rolling contract includes access to WiFi and studio sundries, and the share of business water rates and building insurance. DDS is home to four jewellery designers and makers, and features an Exhibition Room which is available to all tenants.

DDS also have a jewellery Hot Bench which is available for experienced jewellery makers to book by the half day, day, or week.
Edinburgh Printmakers’ national network of low cost meanwhile space, will soon be coming to Dundee, with availability for artists, makers and creative communities of all types.
