DIWC: Celebrating Women of Dundee

Dundee International Women’s Centre share a new community art exhibition showcasing the creativity and stories of their members.

Over the last year, Dundee International Women’s Centre‘s Women of Dundee group has brought together women from around the world who now call Dundee home. Meeting weekly, they have shared stories of identity and migration while building community and developing new creative skills.

Through conversation, making, and collaboration, participants have explored printmaking, illustration, poetry, photo-collage and ceramics as tools to tell their stories in their own way.

Celebrating Women of Dundee is a new exhibition inspired by these stories, and the people, places, and connections that have helped make Dundee feel like home.
