The festive season is right around the corner! Each year we want to give local makers and designers a helping hand where we can. If you’re in a position to, we’d encourage you to do the same! And where better to shop than at one of the many festive markets taking place across the city?
Below is a list of the ones we know of so far—if we’ve missed any, send us an email and let us know! We’ll update the list as more are announced.

CRAFTED, the DCA’s yearly Festive Market, is returning to the bright space of their galleries! Over two days, expect talented designers of jewellery, textiles, illustration, print, homeware and more, all offering a wide range of great gift ideas.

Verdant Works are bringing you a bumper double weekend of festive markets with both an Art, Craft & Design Market (Sat 21 & Sun 22) and a Food and Drink Market (Sat 28 & Sun 29)! Join them for a celebration of Tayside’s creativity with a host of makers and producers from across the region, and performances from local choirs and musicians.

V&A Dundee’s Festive Design Market is back! Curated by Tea Green Events, the market features work from some of Scotland’s best independent designers and makers with handcrafted items at a wide range of price points. It’s the perfect place to pop in and pick up some gifts and festive goodies.
