With the help of people who live in the city and love it, we’ve just launched our crowdsourced 99 Things to See and Do in Dundee Guide 2019! Over a few weeks, you shared the truly unmissable spots in Dundee which are now included in the 2019 guide.
There are lots of new people coming into the city and exploring Dundee who will find just the right spots with this guide, but more that, this is a guide crowdsourced with the people of Dundee and for the people of Dundee! Even if you’ve been in the city for a long time, we hope this will help you explore places that you might have missed and support lots of local/independent pockets of creativity across the city.
In fact, here’s a bit of a challenge… tell us how many places in the guide you have already visited using the hashtag #DundeeGuide. We’d love to hear about your favourite places on the map, be sure to let everyone know what’s truly unmissable!
You can view the guide here – If you would like some hard copies of the guide we’re happy to try and arrange this where possible.
We created the city’s first crowdsourced guide back in 2012 and this is the fifth update – thanks goes to Dundee, One City Many Discoveries, Dundee City of Design and V&A Dundee for supporting the production of the guide. We have a limited number of physical guides available, if you are in the position to support the production of more copies then we’d love to hear from you!
The clear numbers indicate that the accessibility of these locations has been reviewed on Euan’s Guide – the disabled access review website.
Thanks also to I Love Grids for the design and James Gemmill for the map illustration.
