Creative Dundee

HobbyHouse to the Streets

Duncan of Jordanstone final year Interior and Environmental Design student Karen Lyttle will be bringing her HobbyHouse project to Dundee on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th from 10am – 6pm in the Central Library, Wellgate Centre.

HobbyHouse is a travelling pop-up pavilion that aims to ‘connect communities creatively’ through advertising and demonstrating the current creative events and groups happening throughout the city of Dundee. HobbyHouse will be showing a taster session and demonstration of the work of TwoDolls along with advertising and promoting other local creative groups and events to the people of Dundee. Somewhereto_ will also be making an appearance helping 16-25s find a place to do the hobbies you love, for free!

Creative or not so creative, you are all invited to come along or pop by the Central Library on Thursday and Friday to see what is happening throughout the city, grab a cake and have chat about how you can get involved in HobbyHouse or the creative events and groups throughout Dundee.

Karen is always looking for more creative people/groups/events to advertise and can be contacted through @_hobbyhouse on twitter or email hobbyhousedundee@gmail.com.
