Missing Pecha Kucha Night over the summer time? Fancy a dose of creative inspiration for your August? Join students from the new Master of Design for Services, for their Masters Mixer talks, as they unveil the design projects they’ve worked on over the last year.

Over the past twelve months, students from the new Master of Design for Services Programme at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, have been tackling challenges from preventing young people re-offending to encouraging outdoor play to designing stroke rehabilitation.  They have worked with businesses, public and not for profit organisations using design tools including observation, visualisation and prototyping to find new ways of engaging service users and providers to design better ways of doing things.

Masters Mixers are short, engaging talks from a selection of students and staff, in this grand, end of year Masters Mixer we will share the work they have been doing this year.

There will be an opportunity for networking over light refreshments – and you could discuss your challenges for next year’s students to undertake.

Friday 16th August 3pm – 5pm, Dalhousie Building, University of Dundee

You can register for the event on eventbrite.

You can find out more about the students’ work and read the Design for Services News publication, here!
