Mid Week Meet is back! On the evening of the first Wednesday of every month, the meets give you a chance to hear from other creatives, have discussions and just catch up with people you might not otherwise meet…

You may or may not remember that Creative Dundee ran MWMs a while back – simply a way for people from all creative backgrounds to get the chance to meet really informally and have a chat. They were fun, the feedback was good and some great stuff came out of them, but the problem was that we ran them as morning events – people understandably had difficulty with work/study commitments.

What to expect: At these free monthly, evening events, we’ve opted to have a couple of mini talks at the start of each meet and to get some discussion going after the talks, as people have told us they’d love to see more cross-discipline chats. We’ll also open the floor to you to talk about anything interesting you’ve got going on, any events you have coming up, issues that matter to you. The deal is that these events have to work for your needs, so they’ll be super flexible.

Ideally we’d love to move these to different venues each time, we’ll see how it goes after the first one and we promise to give plenty of reminders in advance of each meet!
