Sandy Thomson is Artistic Director of Poorboy Theatre Company. She creates interactive live adventures in unlikely places, reinvents Shakespeare and other classics and encourages audiences and performers to create unique, unrepeatable experiences together. Since graduating from RADA a long time ago she has written, produced and directed for the National Theatre of Scotland, The Royal Scottish Conservatoire and dozens of projects for theatres across the country. She leads the Poorboy Playrooms – cross disciplinary collaborative spaces that use Poorboy’s ‘more fun, less fear’ methodology to put playfulness back at the heart of the creative process. @Poorboy_theatre.
