INVERKEITHING, UK – May 2012: The Seed Truck – planting the seed of a better food system is a brand new project, run in collaboration with WWF Scotland and Fife Diet, that will take the ideas of local eating and food self-sufficiency out on the road to communities across Scotland. The project will offer a menu of workshops from permaculture to build-a-bed, to soil improvement, wild food walks and more, including special activities for pre-school children.
