Kat Kjellström Corbet is a visiting researcher at the University of Life, truthsayer and clutter clearer. Kat conducts her life as one big experiment. She constantly monitors her own emotions, thoughts and behaviour in the hope of detecting any potential causality between these variables and her actual lived experiences. Having identified an area of her life which clearly needs tweaking, she’ll consciously challenge herself to transform her least appealing habits (such as ignoring her overflowing e-mail inbox) into more life-affirming behavioural choices (e.g. deleting the entire contents of her inbox unread and then treating herself to a takeaway flat white and some cake). She delights in sharing her successes and failures with anyone who’s willing to listen.
