The Paper Arcade Zine Jam is a chance to relax while making a zine and having a beer with some new friends. A zine is a small short-run magazine that anyone can make by folding up some paper. Paper Arcade is running the zine jam with a video game theme, so there will be retro game magazines to cut up as well as plenty of paper, pens and glue to go around.

The organisers spoke to us about the event: “We love video games and zines. Paper Arcade is a zine which collects writing and artwork about video games with its first issue launching in September. We wanted to run this jam for people who love games and want to share their stories with others but maybe don’t fit into any of the local game development scenes”
