Make-That-A-Take Records is a secular progressive DIY punk rock collective/record label. Formed at a house show in 2006, MTAT has evolved over time, with an aim to be a positive force in the local community and have a fairly open view of what constitutes “punk”; ‘we do what we can with what we’ve got‘. MTAT is expert at creating opportunities for music fans to support local charities in a perfect mix of good music and fun ways to contribute.

Book Yer Ane Fest is a three-day celebration of DIY punk music and culture as a positive force. It aims to raise money and awareness for a number of important charitable organisations whilst supporting their ongoing work in our communities. Check out the full programme!

This year it will be raising money for four vital services; Young Minds, Addaction, Insight Counselling, Royal Life Saving Society. Tins for Tunes in support of Dundee Foodbank will be in operation. A donation station will also be available, in support of Dundee Refugee Support / Dundee The Caring City.

Started as an all-dayer in a Perth pub in 2008, the evolution of Book Yer Ane Fest continues in 2017 as it prepares to welcome 60+ local, national and international artists to Dundee to perform across three venues in the heart of the city over the first weekend of December.
