Tanya Jones is a PhD researcher at Dundee University, exploring the application of restorative justice to climate injustice, especially for people living near glaciers in the Andes.  She is also a member of Extinction Rebellion Dundee. Before coming to Scotland she has been a solicitor in Yorkshire, a teacher in Italy and an anti-fracking campaigner and Green candidate in the west of Northern Ireland.  She has written novels, including the Ophelia O series, and books about chess, which she plays extraordinarily badly.  She occasionally updates her blog at greenlassie.com and more often puts words onto Twitter at @decombustion and pictures onto Instagram at @tanyajonesgreen.
