The 2025 Fun A Day Dundee exhibition is the feel-good result of a city and community coming together to make something, anything, every day throughout January. Whether it’s painting, photography, knitting, journaling, dancing, or even cereal-based art, participants spend the month following their creative impulses and documenting their journey.
Now it’s time to join the fun and celebrate the results! The annual exhibition is the colourful finale to a month of creativity and it’s open to everyone. This year’s exhibition will take up residence at Blend at Dock Street Studios across July and features a broad array of artwork from textile crafts to creative journaling.
Join them to support local makers and celebrate creativity, connection, and the joy of making things for the sheer love of it.

Fun A Day Dundee is a community of creatives passionate about embracing the fun every day. In January, they have a simple mission: create something fun every day(ish). It’s inclusive, supportive, and completely free—no experience necessary. Founded in the U.S. and now one of the few UK-based Fun A Day projects, FADD has been running in Dundee since 2011. Over the years, it’s grown into a diverse, welcoming hub for artists, hobbyists, students, families, and curious newcomers of all ages.
