From Clay to Kiln brings together pieces from the DJCAD Collection alongside key works from recent graduates whose practices have shaped, and continue to shape, ceramics at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. Tracing the history of the practice at the university, the exhibition celebrates its evolution and legacy.
The exhibition has been curated by newly formed collective Dundee Ceramics Showcase, established by recent DJCAD graduates Claire Marion Black, Alana Brand, Joy Jennings and Sara Oussaiden, who share a passion for celebrating ceramics in Dundee — its history, its makers, and its future.
