There are lots of good things happening around Dundee’s creative community recently. We have had the announcement of the first digital arts festival (NEoN) coming in November, Abertay becoming a centre of excellence for computer games, and that cool blue ticker on the Alliance Trust building… could we get any better news?

Yes. One of the most exciting things that has been floating around recently is the possible location of a V&A at Dundee’s Waterfront… and on that note, Dundee University has today announced it will be discussing the feasibility study at a major conference called ‘V&A at Dundee: Making it Happen‘ on the 24th and 25th February. Tickets are on a first come, first served basis but this event should prove to be very interesting.
