Discovery Point

Dundee Museum of Transport

Showcasing Tayside’s transport heritage, Dundee’s Museum of Transport hosts a diverse range of vehicles from both local and national collections, and offers a fascinating insight into the city’s transport history from trams, to railway and everything in-between. They offer regular creative events for children, alongside interactive exhibitions throughout the museum, and a newly developed sensory garden. @dmoft

HMS Unicorn

Nearly 200 years old, HMS Unicorn is one of the world’s most remarkable historic ships, preserved as a museum and visitor attraction at Dundee’s Victoria Dock. The space hosts seasonal exhibitions and regular events including talks, family activities and film screenings. @hms.unicorn

Verdant Works

This interactive museum tells the story of Dundee’s industrial textile heritage in the atmospheric setting of a refurbished mill building where you can hear the tales of the mill workers and see how they lived and worked in an industry which shaped the city. The space also offers family activities in their learning hub and hosts visiting exhibitions.  A number of their spaces are also available for hire. @VerdantWorks
