7th October, 7:00pm on Zoom
Amps is a community of people who make and cultivate creativity in Dundee, working together to collectively build on the future of the city. We connect through events and projects designed to help establish links, showcase work and develop collaborations. By joining Amps you can help make Dundee even better!
Amps Meet-Ups are relaxed evening social-mixers, where our network can get together with new and familiar faces alike. They’re a great opportunity to chat with one another, hear about what others have been up to and share ideas with artists, designers, makers and doers in and around the city.
Much like our weekly online Breakfasts, you can join us from the comfort of home via Zoom. Take part in small group chats, share updates with Pass the Mic, and find out about this year’s Community Ideas Fund! We’ll hear from last year’s winners for inspiration on cooking up your own collaborative project. Bring your drink of choice, keep your camera off if you’d prefer, and enjoy the company of your fellow Amps!
Thu 7 October 2021 // 7:00–8:30pm
Tickets are free and booking is essential.
This event is for Amps only—become an Amp and come along!

Not an Amps supporter yet? As well as access to regular events, having your work profiled on our digital platforms, our Ampersand+ peer-sharing project and other opportunities, 50% of all Amps subscriptions go towards our Community Ideas Fund!
Got an idea for a project that could positively impact Dundee? Awarded each year at our annual Forum, Amps can team up to pitch new creative collaborations that benefit the wider city, with the network voting to decide which project will receive support. The more Amps there are, the bigger the fund. Last year’s was £2,000—find out about the awarded project!
Help us grow the Fund and make Amps more accessible by supporting a Pay It Forward subscription! Your contribution will help someone experiencing cost as a barrier to getting involved.
