Sat 22 and Sun 23 Apr at the Larick Centre, Tayport
Join members of the Community Gardens Beyond Communities Project for a special exhibition at the Larick Centre in Tayport. Based on the international project run by The University of Dundee, the exhibition features videos and interviews from community groups in Nepal, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Mexico, Brazil and Scotland, alongside exhibits exploring community-growing in practice.
The exhibition hopes to show how people in different countries engage in community-growing and the powerful messages these connections promote. Local participants include Ninewells Community Garden, the MAXwell Centre, Campy Growers and PLANT.
The exhibition is free and no booking is required. There will be a talk on Sat 22 Apr at 2pm to introduce the research and exhibition, and there are interactive activities for children to explore.
