Stay out late and support over a dozen city centre venues and businesses for Dundee’s Think Thursday campaign.

Launched by Dundee City Council, the Think Thursday campaign is a 13-week pilot scheme aiming to increase footfall in the city centre each Thursday between 5–8pm to support businesses and cultural attractions.

Participating businesses will be extending their trading hours, offering discounts and hosting exclusive events including workshops, live music and craft clubs! There will also be a variety of events taking place in the City Square throughout the campaign.

Cultural venues including V&A Dundee, the McManus, Discovery Point and Dundee Science Centre will also be joining the fun on the first Thursday of each month.

Think Thursday runs from Thu 6 Apr – Thu 29 Jun 2023!

• Get crafting with Dundee Espresso Lab at their free Craft Club each Thursday from 6–8pm.
• Enjoy the sunset from Discovery Dome with later opening hours at Discovery Point and explore the world-famous RRS Discovery with an amazing 50% off the admission price on Thu 6 Apr, 4 May & 1 Jun.
• Join the McManus for family fun activities with free entry to their galleries and a range of events on Thu 6 Apr, 4 May & 1 Jun.
• Double Door Studios have an amazing array of events on offer each Thursday including their pop-up shop, talks with makers and a Marbled Mirror Workshop with Hung Up Frames.
• Head to V&A Dundee for half-price tickets to their latest exhibition, Tartan, and free Architecture Tours of the building from 6–7pm each Thursday.
