New York-based artist Rachel Eulena Williams debuts new work, Hair and Body, at DCA.

DCA welcome the opening of a major new exhibition by New York-based artist Rachel Eulena Williams expanding her radical approach to materials and the playfulness of her practice.

Hair and Body marks Williams’ first major solo exhibition in a UK public institution, showcasing a new body of work across painting, sculpture and installation, upending traditional approaches to colour and form.

As printmaking is integral to her work, Williams will also be working closely with the Print Studio team to develop work parallel to that in the galleries, offering prints available for sale in the DCA shop alongside a new publication created for the exhibition.

Hair and Body will preview on Friday 25 August with the exhibition then running until Sunday 18 November.
