Sat 23 Mar–Sun 14 Apr 2024, GENERATORprojects
Collective exhibition State of Print returns to Dundee for a final event, taking over GENERATORprojects from Sat 23 March to Sun 14 April!
The exhibition is a collaboration between four artists based in Scotland and Ireland, Paul Harrison, Scott Hudson, Catherine Hehir and Noelle Noonan, in the form of a collective/iterative exhibition and series of events exploring print practices and the role that these have played in establishing structures of ‘State’. The project has been hosted in various cities, including here in Dundee at DCA, Cork, Limerick, Barcelona, Santander and most recently in Bristol.
Before the state formally opens, they will be holding a one-day symposium Contested Land-Space-Planet-Title on Fri 22 March with presentations from local artists on topics broadly relating to land, state, borders, home, migration, ownership, belonging, and identity.
Keep an eye on the GENERATORprojects Instagram for more details of events during the exhibition and opportunities to contribute towards this collective work.
