20th May, 6:00pm at GENERATORprojects
Launched in the early 2000s, They Had Four Years exists as an opportunity for GENERATORprojects to support and nurture recently-graduated artists. One year on from their Degree Shows, a selection of handpicked Fine Art graduates from art schools across Scotland get the opportunity to exhibit newly commissioned work in the GENERATORprojects galleries.
This year’s edition features the work of four artists: Anuschka Barlas, Kitt Glover, Hebe Ramsay (all Glasgow School of Art), and Lucy Mullholland (Edinburgh College of Art). Each has created a timely and sensitive body of work challenging inherited systems of meaning-making, and exploring how and where our caring energies can and ought to be directed.
